Hi all,
we want to update a status field for a worker in HR which reflects the status of the Onboarding / Offboarding workflow from outside. Our workflows are (till now) implemented in Freshservice and we would like to update the "Workflow Status" field in HR with the latest status from the freshservice ticket. Is there a way (e.g. web hook or API call) how I can change the content of an HR field ?
Any help is appreciated!

Hi Peter,
I don't know what Freshservice is. There is no workflow status field on the worker details. You can configure a custom field for this with a predefined list. docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-developer-custom-fields
This custom field can be exposed on a data entity to have it available for Odata updates.
