For AX and NAV, implementation partners need to have developer license for implementing the solution for clients. For GP, does one need any such licenses? Or customer license is good enough?

Which makes dexterity developers feel inferior . :'(
And developers like me start thinking and looking for 'how to be a *MEAN developer.
* definitely by MEAN I meant MEAN stack developer and not the other mean. :D

GP developers do not need a license to develop any Dexterity of Visual Studio Tools customizations, however, customers should own the Customization Site Enabler product which I believe is now embedded as part of the Perpetual license.
