Flexible Billings Invoice State Code

I want to create a Flexible Billings Invoice that will print the name of the state instead of the State Code. I am in the UK and the codes used to identify counties in the database do not mean anything to the postal service

    OK I got there! I replicated the methodology for putting in a country. You have to create three instances of the state table just to get the name for each possible address source. It would be easier if you could do a sub-report in a subreport but I guess that would slow the system down
