Hi Guys,
For example: I have 3 fields. i.e. no,description, quantity.
in my no field ,i have the duplicate values.& also description have same values.
I want ,that 2 same entry ,should i get in one entry.as shown in below image.i.e. result.
And that same entry have quantity also , so i want sum of that quantity as shown below image.
Is there is any way to do this.
In a report, this can be done in the layout, by adding a group. For example group on the Number, and then calculate a Sum of the Quantity.
In a query, you can add the three fields as columns, and then calculate a Sum method on the Quantity. This will then add a group on the No and Description.
