Kindly help me to understand why the below movement journal transaction having different cost price for one line.
Cost amount is also changed after posting(kindly check the below image).

On the Item model group for the item, what is the 'Inventory model'?
Model group is provided below
You need to debug this issue, it is difficult to guess the reason.

If you enable batch No. for the Item, and you marked two batch No. in the inventory journal line, then system would generate two inventory transactions as you saw.

ok but here cost amount is showing big difference.

You should trace the batch cost to see why the cost amount have so big difference, typically reason is you purchase two times with different cost.

Could you please share the screenshots of these inventory transactions with inventory dimensions displayed? We cannot see what dimensions were issued. I would also ask another screenshot with all receipt transactions with those dimensions.
1. I create an item W001 with Weighted Avg. and enable Batch number as tracking dimension group
2. I create a PO with two lines as below screenshot:
3. I create a movement journal with negative qty.
4. Marking two batch number and post it.
5. Final you can see the inventory transaction as below.
