Batch email sending status not showing any emails sent

Hi, the batch email sending status form doesn't show any email history. However, in the email history there are clearly emails be sent out from the system.

We would like to see the email history in this form as it shows a much better view of any failed emails. Is there anything I need to enable for emails to display?

Hi,

Email alert and sending outside doc like Payment advice, does not come under batch email sending status.
