Hi All,

I am using MS CRM 2013 onpremise version with SQL Server 2014 and VIsual Studio 2015.

I am trying to create report with VS 2015 for MS CRM but not found datasource connection type for dynamics fetch xml.

I have already installed reporting extension.

Thanks in advance.

    Thanks Anh,

I have installed dynamics 365 report Authoring. Will this not work.

Also by uninstalling 365 report authoring, i try to install 2013 report authoring but it gives me error 'Some of the required components are missing. For more info check.. For list of the required components, see the ms crm 2011 reeport authoring extension(withh sql server data tools support) '

    Thanks again..

Check the software requirements at the MS Download page.

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

You need to download ssdt for vs 2012

    Thanks,

are you getting any option to install the missing required components or its iust crashes?

Have you checked the logs to see what component it is complaining about?

Your visual studio version is not matched.

You are missing one of the 2 components below:

    The following components are required:

Business Intelligence Development Studio and Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1

       -OR-

SQL Server Data Tools and Visual Studio 2010

On the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express download page, download the following files appropriate to your CPU architecture and language:

               ENU\x64\SQLEXPRADV_x64_ENU.exe

               ENU\x86\SQLEXPRADV_x86_ENU.exe

Select the "SSDT" or "SQL Server Data Tools" installation.
