Hi there,
Followed: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/talent/provisioning-talent and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/administrator/create-environment and I get this error - "There are no environments that can be deployed to. Select Manage environments to create a new environment" .
I see my newly created environment in https://admin.businessplatform.microsoft.com/environments . I'm also licensed for Talent (all modules) and Power Apps Plan 2.
Any insight will be much appreciated.

Hello Florin (salut),
you can have environments in "admin.businessplatform.microsoft.com/environments", but they need to be deployed form LCS. Did you do that? You could drop me an email and we could talk more, if you want.

It turned out that it is not available in my region - Canada, yet.
It needed to be created in US, (Europe and Australia also available).
You are thinking of the data centers? There are only three regions abailable; www.microsoft.com/.../dynamics365-talent
You could deploy your Canadian system in the US datacenter if that's a possibility for you. In Norway we use the European Azure center which are in Ireland and Netherlands. Talent itself is available in Canada.
