We recently installed GP and have a testing system up and running. When we create a PO we get a pop-up message asking if we want to use "Project Account".
I don't recall enabling this function and I cannot find a way to turn this off in the setup of GP.
Does anyone have any ideas how to turn this off?

To validate if you actually have enabled / installed the Project Accounting option in GP, just go to your GP program folder and open the Dynamics.SET start file. If you can locate the dictionnary 258 and the line "Project Accounting", then it means it's active...
Now to manage the users who will have access to the base PO entry form or the PA - PO Entry Form, you have to go into the alternate forms/reports security and define an ID for Project Accounting forms. In this A/M forms&reports ID, you're going to select the alternate input forms for the Purchase Order Entry window and then assign this ID to the user that need to work with PA.
If you don't want to use PA, just remove the lines in the Dynamics.set and decrease the counter on the first line. Don't forget to remove the 3 reference lines that points to the .DIC files...
