What is the correct way to manage work For sales orders?

manage waves ?

manage work lines ?

we notice our users are being assigned work in random order . Meaning , work created today is assigned before yesterday’s work is completed or actioned.

What kind of mobile device strategy are you using, like system directed, user directed etc.? If system directed what kind of work sequencing logic are you using?
