On the sales order line when we put both a request date and a confirmed date, the default "ship date" defaults to the confirmed date. This means that the warehouse isn't shipping the line if the parts come in early. Looking for help with how to get the warehouse look to the request date.

I think the two times are different. The confirmed ship date that the selling party confirms that the items will ship to a customer or vendor. The requested ship date is that the selling party should ship items to meet the customer's or vendor's requested receipt date. In this sense, the ship date should not be based on the customer's request date.
