Cannot change the name of the customer in Dynamics Navision?

I'm just entering a quote on my account and we should be able to change the name with the bill-to-address here. However, we cannot change the "name" field?

If someone has advise for me or anything?

I am sorry for late answer. This is Microsoft Dynamics Navision Business Central.

I dont know what u mean by app using in D365?
