I want to have the image column from "Hcmpersonimage" table be part of some entity so it can be retrieved via OData in PowerApps. Is it possible?
Best way would be to extend existing Entity and add column? Please guide

Are you asking for the entity with person image?
I think there is standard entity available. Name of the entity is "HcmPersonImageEntity".

What's the column name containing image information?
I guess its a guid data type and field name is image.

Yes guid value should look like this.
Is it possible to use it in PowerApps. Guid can't be converted to Image right? Is there anyother way the profile image in d365 fno can be made part of data entity for Odata?
Sorry its not GUID data type. Its container data type.
In D365 F&O image fields are stored as a container data type. I guess there is no other option to get image other then from container fields..
