budget unposted is overstated

Hello Marian,
Which AX2012 version do you operate? If it is an older one, please upgrade to the last one or check the hotfixes that have been released for issues around the budget control forms on LCS.

we are using ax 2012 CU 6 , do u recommend a Hotfix or solution
we found that if we turn off budget all drafts will be deleted , & it will delete all the un-posted draft budget ,
but this will cause a lot of issues with users in PR & PO drafts

CU6 is a pretty old version and there have a lot of hotfixes released since CU6 became available. You can either check LCS yourself or contact the local MS support to help you with the correct fix. Best regards,
but this will require almost 6 month working on it as we have customization like GCC payroll which is not standard in ax 2012

I don't think it might be that much work.
Please try to find if a hotfix has been released and weather it can be implemented on a stand alone basis. Your local MS support might help you with that.

but what do u think about budget turn off & on it will delete all drafts & we should apply budget check on each source document.

This might work but you need to test it in your machine to ensure that nothing is overlooked to ensure that you get the right data displayed.
