We are trying to fetch the data of who is unsubscribing from a marketing form and the date stamp and use it to create a powerBI report. I can see that data in Submission under the Insight tab from the Subscription center in Marketing forms. Which table contains the transitional data in CDS so I can connect PBI with data table and fetch the data for my report

Have you tried to use the “Created on” field in the Marketing Form Submission entity as the time stamp of the modification？

I am also interested in the answer to this question. Unfortunately we cannot use the Marketing Form Interactions table because Subscription Centers do not create submissions per this message on the Subscription Center Submissions subgrid view:
Has anyone else found a way to report on Subscription List unsubscribes? I am being asked to deliver a report showing which email message the customer is unsubscribing from which doesn't seem easily accomplished.
