Hello to everyoneI have an issue here that is very weird.I have one old report(MorphX report).
I am trying to add a field from a datasource to the Order By tab to short my lines in the report in order of this field.
And only in this report I have an error says "Old sorting methods cannot be combined with the new sorting methods 'Group by' or 'Sort by' in a query."Does anybody know why ?

Has this report been upgraded from AX4.0 to AX 2009 by any chance?

Yes, this specific report as I learned maybe its from AX4.0
I also tried to delete an existing field that was in Sort by tab but everytime the AX crashes...
I have to create a new report again or I can do something with this one?
I just happen to be around when you ask stuff. Lucky coincidence :)
I have faced this issue before. We had to create a new report back then. I think there were some changes to query structure in AX 2009 from AX 4.0 which was causing this issue.
I would recommend you create a new report as well.
