Security to SRS Reports

Customer created a report using SQL Reporting Services and is unable to see and run the report as sa.  However, they have users that cannot see the report in the "Custom Reports" under Reports Shortcuts on the Administration NAV pane (where he is accessing the report as sa).  Where do we give security in GP 10.0 for this report?  They have already given the SRS security to every user.  The only users that can see them under Custom Reports is the sa user and 1 other user.

    Thanks for the suggestions Mike.  I had opened a case with MS and it turns out it may be something with their Firewall.

    Hi Nancy,

     A couple of things to check:

    1.  Is the report published to the proper folder under the Reporting Services web site (i.e. TWO/Sales/..)  If it isn't in one of the preexisting folders, it may not show up in GP.

    2.  Can the user run the report outside of GP.  For SRS reports, the GP user is irrelavent.  Make sure that your Windows user can access the report via http://servername:port/Reports
