Using the new pricing experience, if you override the price, any subsequent change of quantity reprices the order line. Can we prevent this?
We want to use the new pricing experience, but have one off exceptions. Same if you raise a quote (and blanket order) and override the price in the quote, once it's a sales order if you change the quantity the price then is also recalculated.
Appreciate any insight / suggestions.
Hello,
If this is a general issue, please raise it to Microsoft via your partner asssuming it can be reproduced in standard without any customizations.
Thank you.
We just went live with BC implementation and are also struggling with the same issue.
Once the Sales Order is created and price is overridden from the price list and later on customer request to change the quantity then the BC reprice the sales order line. How to restrict/prevent the price to remain as it is when changing the initial quantity?
