Problem with video in Marketing e-mail

Hi,

My video is hosted and YouTube and I am embedding it in my marketing e-mail.

The video looks broken on design, preview forms and in the test:

    Hi Jim,

    We should make sure that the video record has a valid thumbnail URL.

    Here is a third party website which can help us to grab thumbnail URL.

    This works, but, it is not embedding a video, its an image with a link!

    But now, it wors for me, thankyou
