Single Column of fields in Card Page

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to have a single column of fields on a card page? Instead of the standard 2 columns.

I ask this because we have a client that has a user with visual impairment that uses a software (SuperNova) to amplify all applications including NAV, and having a single column would make it much more readabe.

I tried using GridLayout and setting the ColumnSpan property on the fields to 2, but it still shows 2 columns.
