Your partner should be able to provide you with both the SBF to GP tool and version 9.

    Frank,

no i did not...i didn't realize i had to. our microsoft partner was well aware of what software when they sold us the one year agreement to upgrade to gp2010 for free.  microsoft support just informed me that i need to go through gp 9 first but that the software is no longer available as of last tuesday. talk about bad timing.  unfortunately, it was never explained clearly before we jumped into it.   any suggestions?

    thanks for your response

Did you upgrade from SBF9 to GP9 first?  You can't go straight from SBF9 to GP10 or GP2010.
