Is there a way i can hide the form switch dropdown completely or just display 1 form instead and hide others?

Eg. I want to just show "Partner" or just completely remove the formSelector.

I know it should use Xrm.Page.ui.formSelector.items, but then i could not find the way to do so. Also, i want to do it through the supported way so that it could work in all CRM versions like 2013,2015,2016,365.

I do not want to disable/delete the other forms. Also, i don't want to create different security role. Based on a condition, i will show the user single form.

Did you try deactivating the forms in the entity?

You can filter who can see each form by security roles.

1. Open the list of forms available for that particular entity and click enable security roles.

2. Then you can either select "Display to everyone" or filter it down to specific security roles. Then the dropdown is only visible if you have the ability to view more then one form.

Hi,

the best options are to deactiavte the other forms or

1. Apply security role(disaply to everyone) to Partner form.

2. Enable fallback for your partner form.

3. Uncheck fallback for other forms
