I am trying to launch a report at the user level and I get this error when it lasts more than 10 minutes, but in Visual Studio the same report is complete and I don't know how to correct it pastedimage1657742298807v1.png

    Hi,

    The reason can be the the AX client config on the report server ,client configurations need to be refreshed (click the refresh button) for both the client config and the business connector config, once  done that it will  work  fine.

    when you say "configuring the AX client on the reporting server" you mean AX or reporting services
