Gp 2010 Connector to CRM2015 Online

I am having issues connecting to CRM 2015 - every time I try to connect it states the Authentication Failed (The entered passwords do not match) I have reset the passwords and am able to access CRM directly and O365 with no problem.  Any idea why this happening?
