Sync marketing lists with Mailchimp.

Hi Community. I was wondering what anyone would recommend to enable the syncing of a marketing list from D365sales to Mailchimp?

My goal is to enable drip marketing EDM from Mailchimp to the various lists contained in Mailchimp, (automatically updated by the integration each time the values are met from incoming leads in d365sales).

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    There are 2 ways:

    1. You can develop your own integration.

    2. You can use existing thirdparties:

    Hi simone pittella,

You should need to integrate it using the provided MailChimp APIs. It is rally interesting.

    Hi,
To sync a marketing list from D365 Sales to Mailchimp and keep it updated automatically based on lead criteria, you’ll need an integration that supports:
    • Real-time syncing of static and/or dynamic marketing lists
    • Mapping between D365 Leads/Contacts and Mailchimp Audiences/Tags
    • Bi-directional sync to reflect changes from CRM in Mailchimp
Out-of-the-box connectors like Power Automate can work, but often require custom flows and don't natively handle dynamic marketing lists well.
You might want to explore third-party apps purpose-built for this. For example, Marketing4Dynamics by Inogic offers native syncing of CRM marketing lists with Mailchimp audiences, along with daily tracking of campaign engagement (opens, clicks, bounces, etc.) back into Dynamics 365, directly against Contact/Lead records. It runs inside D365, so no context switching.

    Thanks,
    Sam
