Remote App for GP 2010 Stops Working

Hello,

I have a client that uses the Remote App feuature for several users to access GP 2010 from their Server 2008R2. This has worked successfully for remote users for several months now but last week they can not login to GP.

We have re-set the password for the user but now the "sa" password does not even work. Has anyone else experienced this issue.

Our only guess at this point is that a windows update changed something on either the server or workstations.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    The answers to your questions are as follows:

    1. Yes I can login on the server

    2. There are no other remote apps on this server.

    3. ODBC Settings are the same as they always have been.

    There is really no error. The user cannot login to GP. Even the sa user cannot login when logged in using their windows domain login. Server administrators can login so it has to be a permissions issue.

    Besides windows updates, nothing has changed on the server.

    Here are a few things to check.

    -- Log in to the terminal server desktop and see if you can login to GP.

    -- Check to see if other remote apps on the server ( if any ) are working.

    -- Take a look at the ODBC settings. Have they changed?

    Could you be more specific about any error messages you get, or at what point does the login fail?
