Cursor movement causes field name to show up in upper left corner

When moving the cursor from one field to another, it causes the name of the field to show up in the upper left corner of the screen. I highlighted the area using the red arrow in the pic below.

The word "Full Description" shows up in this area when I move my cursor over the field name "Full Description" in the body of the form. If I move my cursor to another field name, then this area changes to show that field's name.

Has anyone experienced this issue where the name of the field shows up in the top left corner of a form when moving the pointer over the field name?

    Hi Jeff,

Have you added any web resources to the entity form?

    Thank you for replying Ashique.

No I don't. This issue occurs on all forms for all entities. It also occurs when using Google Chrome and Firefox. Any ideas on what's causing it?

    Hi Jeff Battley,

I would suggest you to check some settings:

Did you try reproduce the problem in other machine?

Please check in your monitor resolution if something changes if you adjust it.

Also try to change your webbrowsers's zoom configuration

Thank you for using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Communities,
