We're using Dynamics GP 10.0 payroll and need to deduct a certain amount per hour paid on any pay code - regular hourly, overtime, vacation, sick, holiday, etc. The problem is that the deduction is only being calculated on the hourly and overtime pay codes even though the others are also setup as hourly. Does anyone have any idea how to get GP to create deductions for the holiday, vacation, and sick pay types?

Here's a little more detail on what we're trying to do:
We have hourly pay codes for wages, sick, holiday, and vacation pay and a deduction setup as an "amount per unit" type. We want GP to deduct $3 per hour entered for either type of the pay codes described.
For example, if a person works 20 hours in a pay period and takes 10 hours sick time, the deduction we are looking for is $90 (30 hours X $3). Instead, GP is only looking at the wages and calculating a deduction of $60 (20 hours X $3).
