Thanks - I had seem similar posts. I'm still intrigued as to why it isn't available out of the box. Is Microsoft leading us away from advanced find? Also, I note that filters and create personal view is lacking. It seems to me to suggest something about the new interface?

I think the main reason Advanced Find is missing is that Microsoft haven't completed porting it to the new interface, along with several other features - I expect it'll be included soon, as for many users it's a blocker to using the Unified Interface. Thank you David - very helpful. So, less of a strategy and more of an early and incomplete build? Working with a client who is thinking of using 9.02 and some of these features will be blockers for them too.

Peter. Yes, I think it's fair to consider it incomplete for now. I'd hope that the main blockers will be released soon, but there's not any definite timeline to plan against
