I've recently taken up the task of recruitment manager, and at our current business, a national training provider, we're looking to recruit for around 200 positions every week for the next few months. I'm looking at using Dynamics for an "Applicant Management System" to track our applicant's recruitment process, and also their ongoing learning and development. Here's a rough idea of what we'll need:
- Applicant Management System
- Option to book users on to interviews
- Call log/email log (pretty sure this is standard with Dynamics)
- Capability to deal with hundreds of applications, in this case, I guess that applicants will be "accounts"?
- Capability to put people into different categories, such as: Fresh, Contacted, Booked onto Interview, etc...
I'm looking at Dynamics as a recruitment solution, if anyone has already done this, or experienced something similar any help would be appreciated!
