Hi All,

When i am creating a new entity with using Data Entity Wizard then under Specify Properties

under check box "Enable Public API" 2 options are there :

Public Entity name and

Public Collection name.

Can you please let me know what is the use of Public Entity name and Public Collection name?

Please give me more shed on this.

Thanks!

If you want to expose your entity at ODATA endpoint then You should set it as Public and set Public name and collection name  . The Public name will be used in the OData APIs for EntityType. So when you use your entity using ODATA , you are going to see this public name.  Public collection name will be used for the OData collection entity. If you refer I link provided in earlier post you will get all this information.
