EFT POS device cannot communicate with MPOS

Hi,

Can anybody tell me what is the best practice to troubleshoot EFT POS communication failures with MPOS? Currently I am having ' Received illegal character. expected ACK, ENQ or NAK. As I see it, the device sends ENQ and receives data that it cannot interpret as neither ACK or NAK. Can this be caused by incorrect hardware profile connector setup?

It looks like you are working on custom payment connector. I will leave this question to other community members (developers) to answer. Let's see if anybody has experienced the same and can advise for you anything.
