Hi,
Can anybody tell me what is the best practice to troubleshoot EFT POS communication failures with MPOS? Currently I am having ' Received illegal character. expected ACK, ENQ or NAK. As I see it, the device sends ENQ and receives data that it cannot interpret as neither ACK or NAK. Can this be caused by incorrect hardware profile connector setup?
