Business Central - Smart Phone App

Hello Dear Community,
 
We have a customer who is using the business central app.
unfortunately he forgot his password so we needed to reset it. 
 
Now he is trying to log in to the app. 
However he can not log in because he is getting an error. 
 
We already told him to deinstall the app and install it again. 
Clear the cache. 
And log in again. 
 
Does anybody have an idea?

    This would be the Screenshot of the error: 
     
    The user has shown me a video. When he is trying to log in he is being asked several times to log in. 
    He does enter his credentials several times and at the end gets an error.

    If the problem is solved after the user changes the device, it means that the problem is still with his phone.
    It is recommended to try clearing the cache again, or format the phone and try again.
