Remote access for Role Center to use NAV?

HI,

I have been contacted by a client who is wanting to move a local windows server running NAV to possibly a VPS to free up resources on their local machine.

I have been informed that they access NAV via Role Centre however they only can access this on their local network.

Pardon my ignorance here as I am more familiar with linux systems but does role centre allow for remote login and would the account carry over and allow for the same use as before just remotely?

Any help or things to consider would be very much appreciated.
