Engineering Change Management Module- Version 10.0.34

 Hi,
Anybody using the ECM module in the latest version 10.0.34 in D365 F&O facing the below issue?
The system does not allow to change the BOM Unit in the local company, even though the BOM is not maintained in the Engineering Company. Seems like a Bug
 
Change the BOM Unit in the local company, the system gives the error as shown below-
