PM Transaction Posting Journal

I have a client who when she prints the PM Transaction Posting Journal what appears in the account number and account description fields is "account number" and "account name" respectively. The distribution is correct on the data entry screen and if I log in I can see the actual account numbers and account descriptions on the report. What would cause my client to not see it with her login?

Thanks
Chuck

    Hi Sandip,

I turns out the problem had to do with vba. I made a minor corrections which had nothing to do with displaying the account number and name but that fixed it. Thanks for your response.

    Chuck,

First check report is modified or not. Are you both accessing same reports (modified or non-modified)?

    Thanks

    Sandip
