    Sorry I misunderstood your question. Yes, clicking on a menu item and redirecting to a new window it doesn't work, because D365BC opens the page in an iframe.

    You can instead open a second window with D365BC and open other pages if you need to work with multiple window.

    I tried that but it opens a blank screen and nothing shows up

    did it work for you? is there a setting in the browser that I need to check?

    Hi Stefano,

    Does that mean I have to log in to BC twice in different browser tabs or can I open 2 screens in 2 different broswer tabs? I mean does it work like browsing the internet and I can right click on a screen name and select open in different tab. Is that doable in BC
