Create email signature for a team Dynamics crm 365

Hello i try to create a email signature in Dynamics 365 for a team.

when i set the owner of the signature to a team, and try to send an email from the CRM online, and press insert signature. I don't see signature owned by the team?

Did somebody have a solution on that ?

Hi,

I think there was a similar question a few weeks ago - not sure if it was yours and/or if there is a bug there.. just to confirm, you are sending "from" the team, and that signature is team's default signature?

Thanks, for your answer. No was not my question a few weeks ago. I actually configure the signature for a team (owner is the team), and set to default.

In the view of signature, the "viewable by" is set to individual and not team ... i don't know why.

When i send my email is from the "team" and the signature is not in the list of signature available.

Probably a bug?

Any luck on this? just testing myself and I see there is a field on the Email Signature called 'Ispersonal' (label Viewable By) but you cant change it or expose on the form. I tried assigning the Owner of the Signature to the Owner of the Queue which seems to work in some cases but seems inconsistent.
