Hello, I try to run the 9999 jobs but products, categories doesnt sync up to Commerce . is there a reliable way to sync changes & updates from Dynamics F&O to Commerce ?
The Distribution job(s) are the correct way to synchronise the data. You either need to wait a period of time, if this is the first time you have run it, or log a Support ticket with Microsoft.
Have you checked that the Channel database and channel configuration is correct in HQ and have you checked the Download sessions form to ensure that the data jobs have a status of 'Applied'?
I used the Inquries in retail commerce for Download sessions to see the log and it looks like some of them failing ! . but in the right direction. thanks
