Hello,

I got the following error message when I try to open a historical stock status report.
Not only one user, all user get the same error message and can not open the historical stock status report.

Unhandled script exception:
Division by zero, script aborted.

EXCEPTION_CLASS_SCRIPT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO
SCRIPT_CMD_DIV

Our environment is GP10.00 sp2.
After I recovered the return batch by batch recovery and clear a stuck Inventory transfer batch, we got this error message.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
Please advice.

    David,

I just ran into this same issue - but I discarded the KB article because it says it was fixed in version 7 ?!?!   If it is still an issue, can we have the KB fixed?

    Thanks!

    Devon

PS - it did fix it!

    Hello Hayato,

The error you are getting is typically related to the Unit of Measure.

Please take a look at article 878352 - Changing U of M Schedule On an Item Can Result in a Divide by Zero Error on the Historical Stock Status Report.  I have provided the direct link to this article below.

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../KBDisplay.aspx

I hope this helps resolve your issue.
