Create new Feedback records to test the Satisfaction Rating field.
a. Switch to the main navigation window by using the Windows
taskbar, and navigate to Microsoft Dynamics CRM > Service >
Cases.
b. On the command bar, click New Case.
c. In the Case Title field, enter Feedback Test 1.
d. Point to or click the Customer field, and then click the lookup
button to the right side of it, and then select Adventure Works
(sample).
e. On the command bar, click Save.
f. In the social pane, under the Activities tab, click Add More
Activities (with an ellipsis icon ...), and then click Feedback..
g. Click the Satisfaction Rating field, and verify that the values of
Unhappy, Neutral and Happy appear. Select any value.
