Dynamics 365 icon in O365

We use O365 and just created a trial for Dynamics 365 for Sales however I am not able to find the little icon that is supposed to be there next to the reply button which allows us to connect to CRM. I searched for this app in the marketplace but although there are apps for D365 for field service etc there is no app for for D365 for sales.

    Hi,

    In office 365 >> admin >> click on dynamics CRM. It will take you to dynamics crm and there you can see sales navigation in top menu.

    Please verify my answers.

    o365>>admin>>Dynamics 365 admin center takes me to Dynamics 365 Administration Center

    Open Dynamics CRM installation, there you can see Sales in top navigation.

    We are using the cloud version of D365 for sales so there is no installation as such. I hope I have understood you correctly. Also, I'm not sure you have understood my question. I am looking for a D365 for sales icon in email.

    Like the icon here but for D365

    HI,

    As far as I understood you are looking at wrong place. The addon you are looking for is developed as a outlook add on for zoho crm not for dynamics 365 crm.

    Please verify my answer.

    You have to enable the App for Outlook in Dynamics CRM (under Settings > Dynamics 365 App for Outlook) for whatever users should have it.  You can also then choose in that same screen to push the app deployment to specific users, or not (so then they'd have to get it individually).  Instructions here:
