We just implemented Dynamics POS 2009 on a Windows 7 machine. The software works great, but we are having issues getting hardware (scanner, receipt printer, label printer, cash drawer) to work with the software. Has anyone had any luck? The hardware isn't brand new, but I can't seem to find drivers that will work. Secondly, how are others handling the credit card processing. We initially setup credit card processing through Wells Fargo Merchant Services. However, now I'm wondering if we should have went with something else. I haven't worked with credit card configurations in the past, so this is new to me.
Thoughts? Help?
