Document Management Works For Some CRM Entities, But Not Others

My Problem: Document Management works for some entities, but not others.

I've installed the SharePoint 2013 List Component. It is activated

The 'Document Management' works fine for Accounts and Contacts. I can successfully upload documents. See screenshot:

If I try 'Opportunities' or 'Leads' the Document Management is not working. See Screenshot:

I've double checked if 'Document Management' has been enabled. It has...

I've ensured these entities are checked in the 'Document Management Settings'

I've confirmed that the List Component has created the folders (Note Account has been renamed 'Household' in our organization's case).

Am I missing something?

I can't seem to figure out why the 'Documents' tab isn't showing up in Opportunities, Leads etc, but it IS showing in in Accounts and Contacts.

Note: Our organization uses CRM 2011 online, and SharePoint 2013 (Office 365)

Looks like  this is the answer.  the Document navigation option was removed.  so need to go back into the account entity and add  it back to the navigation.

    @ Sumit

    You were absolutely right.

It seems so basic and obvious now...

I figured that it would automatically create the 'Documents' link in all entities, the same as it had for Accounts and Contacts. I still find it odd that it behaves differently.

    Thanks again!

    Hi...

You have correctly configured CRM with SharePoint , Only place the document tab on the form by simply customizing the form.

Settings >> customization >> Customize the System >> Expand Entities >> select Yr Entity >> Forms >> select Form >> Edit the navigation >> Place Document management

    Hope this help !

    @Guido Preite

Just checked as per your suggestion. Still no luck. Document links do not appear in Classic Forms.
