System Message 6814 on SL2011 MSDN Install

I've restored the system and company database from a customer.  I then installed SL 2011 from MSDN and updated the customer's databases.  I get connected to the data but anywhere I go I receive the System Message 6814 - You have reache the maximum accesses for this module.

I then go to the Registration section and get stuck there.  I've saved the information and I've tried selecting the Submit to Application Server option in hopes that would fix it but I still get the 6814 message.

There are no values in the Modules section, if that means anything.

I am completely new to SL and any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It's amazing what a reboot can do, haha!  Thanks I'm logged in a rocking.

    Hi Jon,

So you were able to enter all the unlocking keys and everything shows as Unlocked?

Did you log out of SL and back in after entering the keys?

Thanks for your reply Carolyn.  Unfortunately I'm still unable to access the software.  I've downloaded and installed from CustomerSource, and entered in the customer's Module keys to no avail.

    Hi Jon,

When you install SL from the MSDN site, you are using a trial version.  You get 20 accesses and then after that, you will be locked out.  If your Modules tab of the Registration screen is empty, you have not entered any unlocking keys.  You would need to obtain unlocking keys to have continued access to the SL screens.  Otherwise, uninstalling and reinstalling the program will get you 20 more accesses.  The customer should have unlocking keys for their current version.  If your customer has a current service plan, then they would be able to obtain SL 2011 from CustomerSource and also get unlocking key.  Please let me know if you have additional questions.
