I am trying to connect CRM in Business central through dataverse using a Trial environment.
I have successfully connected to the Dataverse Connection setup. But when I am trying to connect the Microsoft Dynamics D365 Connection setup I am getting this below error.

Besides Marco reply, also check the below steps
since the user, John is a type of user that is created in trial environments by default
when you create a CRM trial you have this user already there
in order to enable the D365 Sales connected, we need to enable the Dataverse connection to sync the "primary" tables

In Dataverse there is a user called "integration user". It has an email of john@contoso.com. That user should not have a system admin role. it seems to have it.
