Random error messages when closing out of windows: Send Error Report or Don't Send

I am getting these error messages randomly whenever I close out of some windows ie Advanced Find. I just click Don't Send and all seems fine. This happens in Chrome, Firefox, and IE. Anyone know why?

    You can avoid this, by going to Options on the navigation bar

    Set Personal Options -> Privacy Tab
