Here's the setup..
From Outlook, on the CRM tab the new Account, Contact and Lead macros do not call a new record form
When users click these macros, nothing at all happens.
I have tested this on three different computers, all running Windows 10 and two different versions of Outlook (2013 and 2016).
I have tested the user mailbox configuration set to both server side sync and outlook client.
I am able to create these records from the Organization menu in Outlook.
Since this behavior is across multiple users/computers/outlook versions, I am wondering if it is a server setting?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
