Tracking Who An Item Was Sold To

Hi:

We all know how to track the company or contact to whom an item was sold, within Business Central.

But, let's review a scenario where an item was sold to a company.

Does Business Central have the capability of tracking the end user to whom that company sold the item?

Thanks!

John

    Hi,
This can't be tracked in BC until you have the access to their environment to which end user they are selling to.
    Best Regards,

    Hi
If you have access to the other company, you could see who the item was sold to.
You could also ask the company to update you with this information when it sells the item, identifying the item individually by a series for example.
    Best regards
    Gerardo

    Hi, Just add some information.
In the Japanese localization package I was previously responsible for, there was an End User function, which could be maintained in the Customer Card and associated with the Customer. You can select End User in Sales Order, so that End User can be tracked in posted documents and Customer Ledger Entries.
But there is a big premise for this, that is, the customer needs to provide End User information. If you are considering customization, you can refer to it.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
