I´ve recently updated the Quality Associations through data management because some corrections were needed. After uploading the changes, the system stopped generating Quality Orders altogheter.
Some important things to comment:
- I've reviewed the locations directives as well as job templates, just in case any fields were missing (everything looks good).
- Checking Quality Associations:
- When receiving a product ("for the first time") the quality order is not generated. But, if another line is added to the same purchase order with the same item and it is received, the quality order is generated.
- If I go to Quality Associations to look for a specific item and just put 'Save' (I don't change anything) and I receive the prodcut in an order, the quality order is also generated
Currently, we have them configured to create a quality order after the item is registered as received.
I find this behavior really weird, so I appreciate all the help I can get.
